SaYven Entertainment / Big Apple Casting was founded in New York City in 2010 and extended its division in Los Angeles in 2014 providing Casting services for the Entertainment industry: Film & TV, Commercial, Music Video and Fashion

Our clientele include advertising companies, production companies, fashion designers, marketing directors, concert promoters, record labels, creative directors and more!


We secure talent in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Las Vegas, San Francisco, for both Union and Non-Union projects from professional Actors, Models, Dancers, Musicians, Influencers, Athletes, Kids/Babies, Real people, Background,

Special Skills talent to Stunts/Precision Drivers.

We also secure Celebrities for broadcasting, advertising, brand endorsement and special appearance for private and public events.

Sarah-May Levy, Founder & CEO of SaYven Entertainment and Big Apple Casting is one of the most prominent Casting Directors and Celebrity Bookers in the United States.

Her credits include Award-Winning Musical Artists such as Justin Bieber "What Do You Mean" video (over 2 Billion views), "Demons" by Doja Cat starring Christina Ricci and major brands such as AppleAdidas, L'Oreal and Dior, but also Television and Digital Networks such as Netflix, BET and Disney Studios, casting TV Pilots for Warner Brothers and True Crime Series "Accident, Suicide or Murder" for Oxygen Networks (NBCUniversal Television)

 

Sarah-May relocated in Los Angeles after spending several years in New York, casting and producing media content and events.

Mrs Levy is originated from Paris in France and has been established as an essential connection among the domestic and international markets. Her passion is to share her experience with the world with an impressive background in directing, producing, managing talent and casting.


Sarah-May started her career in the Casting Department at Twentieth Century Fox Television France. She has been working as a Casting Director and Celebrity Negotiator in Television, Film, Fashion and Live entertainment for the past 17 years. Sarah-May maintains relationship with various managers, agents and public relation companies to secure international Celebrity booking. 

Mrs Levy had the honor to be presented as a Jury Member for the Beverly Hills Film Festival 2014.

Sarah-May collaborated with Disneyland Paris as a Celebrity Booker to secure an A-List Celebrity for their 20 year Anniversary. 

She secured celebrities such as Jennifer Hudson for a private appearance project, Keri Hilson to perform for the Music Festival Global Wonderland in Atlanta, the American professional wrestler (WWE) Chris Masters and the former International Fight League fighter (UFC) Krzysztof Soszynski in a KFC commercial, the teen Actress Joey King (The Conjuring, The Dark Knight Rises) in an anti-bullying PSA and a Marshmello Music Video "Tongue Tied" and many more...

She produced and secured stars from Prison Break series, Amaury Nolasco and Wentworth Miller for a car race video featuring a Rally championship driver.

Sarah-May casted for the Top Hit "Industry Baby" by Lil Nas X securing Actor Colton Haynes with the collaboration of Celebrity Management: Untitled Entertainment.

Most recently, she was the Casting Director and Celebrity Booker for the Lizzo's Music Videos "About Damn Time" and "2 Be Loved" and casted Tyson Beckford as her love interest.

Sarah-May was a Producer Consultant for a pilot TV Reality Show produced by Trium Entertainment  (The Biggest Loser, MasterChef). Thanks to her extended international connection, she coordinated a private access to exclusive events such as "La Montée des Marches" on the Red Carpet during the Cannes Film Festival, a birthday party at the prestigious club VIP ROOM Cannes & Monaco with Paris Hilton and VIP Nightclub Owner Jean-Roch negotiating the participation of French Celebrities.

 

One of her most exciting projects was to produce and coordinate the first Runway Show of the French luxury brand Saint James in New York.  She has cast over 100 Models for their Fashion shows.

Sarah-May also secured over 200 Models and Celebrities for the renown show Nolcha Fashion Week during the Fashion Week in New York.


She was offered by Director/Producer, Evan Frushtick and his partner Edward Highfield to manage the production and casting of the documentary "ThruLines". Mrs Levy also produced the Documentary's Premiere in New York.

After casting over 100 talents for the Cyndi Lauper PSA, Sarah-May discovered on set young people from the Cyndi Lauper’s foundation True Colors Fund. She was touched by this cause and offered to host a Casting Conference to advise them regarding the entertainment industry. 

Sarah-May has been challenged with numerous projects that counted over 500 talent on set, such as the Mary J. Blige's video "Doubt". She handles with perfection large sets of cast members.
